Carle Medical Supply Policies
Special Order Policy
Special order requests are final. Orders must be paid in full before item will be
ordered. No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations.
Return Policy
- Must have receipt and not older than 14 days.
- All items must be in original package, and in new, resalable condition.
- Carle Medical Supply will honor all manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties do
not include service calls or labor charge, if applicable.
- Items which have direct contact with the skin are not returnable.
- All stock items must be picked up and returned to store by customer to avoid a 25%
restocking fee.
- A service call charge will apply for pick up of returned stock items.
- Returned special order items will require a 25% restocking fee regardless if delivered
or patient picked item up.
- Refunds over $40.00 will be mailed to customer from our accounting office. This may take
up to two (2) weeks.
